At Alpha Signals, once a subscription begins, access to all trading tools, and analysis is delivered within 0–4 hours after completing the required setup steps. For this reason, all sales after the trial period are final and non-refundable. In cases where a duplicate payment occurs for an Alpha Signals membership or purchase, we will promptly refund the additional charge. In rare or exceptional circumstances, our support team may review and approve refund requests at their discretion.
